What is
Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese practice in which the practitioner works through gentle touch, or with the hands held just above the body.

It is commonly received as complementary support for relaxation, reduced stress and a greater sense of balance. You remain fully clothed; the session is quiet and non-invasive.

Reiki complements wellbeing and medical care. It does not replace diagnosis, treatment or emergency care from a qualified healthcare professional.

Rest

03

04

02 / The session

The heart of the work

Receive Reiki
where you are.

A distance session allows you to receive the practice without travelling or changing the shape of your day. It begins with a clear request and is held with the same care as one-to-one work.
